Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Convergent website and product (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Convergent is offered as an early-access product and may change, break, or be unavailable from time to time. We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis while we continue to develop it.

Access may be limited, invite-only, or otherwise restricted at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use the Service in compliance with applicable law.

You retain ownership of data you submit or connect to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transform, and display that data solely to operate and improve the Service for your organization.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to connect third-party sources and to use resulting datasets within your organization.

You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access it without authorization, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it to process unlawful content or violate third-party rights.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services such as identity providers, cloud infrastructure, connector platforms, and AI model providers. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that outputs, schemas, pipelines, or agent-facing data will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any specific business, legal, or compliance purpose without your review.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convergent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service.
