Convergent ("we," "us") provides software that helps teams connect business data sources, define datasets, and serve structured data to internal tools and AI agents. This policy describes how we handle information when you visit our website or use our early-access product.

Depending on how you interact with Convergent, we may collect account information (such as name and email), organization details, usage and log data, and content you choose to connect through supported integrations (for example, files or messages from connected services).

If you join our waitlist, we collect the contact details you submit. Our site may also use basic analytics to understand traffic and product usage.

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the service; authenticate users; connect data sources you authorize; process datasets and pipelines; provide support; and communicate about the product, including access and service updates.

We use third-party providers to run parts of the service, such as hosting, authentication, connector authorization, database and object storage, workflow processing, and optional analytics or AI model providers. These providers process information on our behalf according to their own terms and policies.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting us. Disconnecting an integration stops new data from that source, but previously processed data may remain until deleted according to your account settings or our retention practices.

Convergent is under active development. Features, data handling, and this policy may change as the product evolves. We will update this page when material changes are made.
